Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our garlic, gifts, and farm-to-door delivery.

Where is your garlic grown?

Most of our garlic is grown right here on our family farm on the Isle of Wight. For certain seasonal varieties or to meet high demand, we also partner with specialist growers in France and Spain who meet our strict quality standards.

How long does your fresh garlic last?

When stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place (not the fridge!), our fresh garlic bulbs typically last between 2 to 4 months depending on the variety. Hardneck varieties generally have a shorter shelf life than softneck varieties.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer standard UK shipping via Royal Mail or courier, typically arriving within 3-5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to complex agricultural regulations and customs restrictions regarding the movement of plant matter, we currently only ship our garlic bulbs and food products within the UK. Some non-perishable gift items may be eligible for international shipping.

Can I plant the garlic I buy from your food section?

While it may grow, we strongly recommend purchasing from our 'Seed Garlic' category for planting. Our seed garlic is certified virus-free and specifically selected for its vigor and suitability for garden cultivation.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh garlic or food items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
